ENG 135: POPULAR CULTURE & LITERATURE

This course explores popular culture and narrative by investigating the relationship between literary texts and popular culture. Readings and materials for the course include a range of nineteenth century to presentday novels, short stories, and comic books and their relationships to radio, television, and film.
Prerequisite: ENG 100, 110, or 111
